Welcome to Green Shirt Ag, LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, subscription services, and produce deliveries. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Overview

Green Shirt Ag, LLC provides fresh produce delivery services directly to your door. Our offerings include customizable subscriptions, one-time orders, and seasonal selections. We strive to deliver the highest quality, farm-fresh items available.

2. Sourcing Practices

We are proud to source our produce with a focus on freshness, quality, and supporting our local community. Our approach includes:

  • Direct from Local Farmers: Whenever possible, we obtain produce straight from our farm or other local farmers—directly from the farm—to ensure the shortest path from field to your table.
  • Reputable Local Distributors: To provide the highest variety, consistent quality, and best value year-round, we also partner with trusted distributors in our region who share our standards for fresh, responsibly grown produce.
  • Seasonal & Peak Freshness Priority: Contents may vary based on seasonal availability and what’s harvesting best. Any substitutions are always of equal or greater value, chosen to deliver the freshest possible selection.
  • Community Focus: By sourcing locally first, we support North Florida farmers while bringing you the truest farm-fresh experience—“Get Fresh With Me” means straight from the source whenever we can make it happen.

3. Client Preferences & Order Fulfillment

We make every effort to honor your selected preferences and deliver the produce you choose. Packing lists are created based on current client selections, available inventory, and our quality standards.

  • Clients often select items whose total value exceeds the chosen bag price. In these cases, we pack the highest-priority and best-available items to provide maximum value while staying within (or as close as possible to) your bag value.
  • If a selected item does not meet our strict quality standards, is in insufficient quantity to serve all clients, or becomes unavailable at packing time, we may substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value within the preferences of each client.
  • We always aim to give you the best possible selection from what’s fresh and available that week, prioritizing your preferences while ensuring outstanding quality and value.

Final order contents are confirmed at the time of packing, and you will receive a detailed packing list with your delivery.

4. Produce Quality Standards

We are committed to delivering only the freshest, highest-quality produce. Every item is carefully selected based on the following standards:

  • Freshness: Produce is harvested at peak ripeness and delivered as quickly as possible—typically within days of harvest—to ensure maximum flavor and nutrition.
  • Appearance: Items will be free from major blemishes, bruises, cuts, or signs of wilting. Minor natural imperfections (e.g., small scars or irregular shapes) may occur with farm-fresh produce and do not affect quality.
  • Ripeness & Condition: Fruits and vegetables arrive ready to eat or at the ideal stage for short-term storage. We avoid over-ripe or under-ripe items whenever possible.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: All produce is washed (when applicable) and handled according to food safety best practices. We source from trusted local farms that follow responsible growing methods. You should still wash your produce again before consumption.

Due to the natural variability of fresh produce, occasional substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to maintain these standards. If any item does not meet your expectations upon delivery, please see our Refunds & Issues policy below.

5. Account Registration

To place orders or manage subscriptions, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

6. Orders & Subscriptions

Orders and subscriptions are confirmed once payment is processed. We reserve the right to adjust contents based on availability, substituting items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and spirit of your selection.

7. Skipping, Pausing, or Canceling Deliveries

You may skip an upcoming delivery free of charge up to three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Skip requests made after this cutoff will still result in a charge for that delivery.

Even after the cutoff, you may choose to not receive the physical delivery (e.g., if you're out of town), but the charge will remain on your account. Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time through your account profile.

8. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely at the time of order or on your recurring billing date. Prices are subject to change, but active subscriptions will be notified in advance of any rate adjustments. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.

9. Deliveries

We deliver to designated areas on scheduled days. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and ensuring someone can receive or secure the produce. We are not liable for loss, theft, or spoilage after delivery is completed at your specified location.

10. Refunds & Issues

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items—or if anything falls short of our quality standards—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos if possible. We will happily issue credits, replacements, or refunds at our discretion. No refunds will be provided for skipped deliveries charged under the policy above.

11. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

You agree to use our website responsibly. All content, including text, images, logos, and the “Get Fresh With Me” phrase, is owned by Green Shirt Ag, LLC or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Shirt Ag, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 2 deliveries.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
